Is BrandsAI free to use?
Yes. Brands Access is free and includes up to 50 wardrobe items, Brands Social, a daily allowance of Stylist conversations and photo scans, and three Brands Studio renders a day. Brands+ lifts the wardrobe cap and opens the Studio.
How does the yearly plan work?
Brands+ is $20 a month or $200 a year. Twelve months at $20 would be $240, so the yearly plan is two months free. Both cycles include the same features.
How does payment work?
Payment runs through Stripe secure checkout. Brands+ starts with a 7-day free trial. Brands Access is free forever, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to trial, and Enterprise is an annual contract agreed with us. You manage everything in the app: Profile, Settings, Subscription.
How do I cancel?
In the app: Profile, Settings, Subscription, Cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you keep paid features until then.
How do refunds work?
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. We honour every refund right granted by your local consumer protection law: write to billing@brandsai.ca and a human will sort it out.
What does Enterprise include?
Everything in Brands+, plus team plans, the white-label system access API, a dedicated success partner, and a custom DPA, on an annual contract. Write to us through the contact page.
